I'm Krishon. I built Referral Loop because I needed it.
I was a real estate agent in Kansas City. Today I'm an independent real estate broker, and I still earn a real income from real estate without selling it myself. This is how that happened, and why it led me to build the software I run it on.
A successful business, built on trust
I sold real estate in Kansas City for five years. My business ran on relationships: clients who loved working with me and sent their friends and family my way.

Chicago had always been the dream
So I moved. The plan was to start a team in Kansas City to keep that business running, and build a new one from scratch in Chicago.

It wasn't the life I wanted
I quickly realized that running two businesses in two cities wasn't the plan for me. While I was picking a new career, I noticed what I still had: a database of people who trusted me and wanted my recommendation for who to work with next.
So I recommended agents
My clients trusted that I'd match them with someone who suited them, and that's what I did. Today those referrals bring in tens of thousands of dollars a year, and they take me only a couple of hours a week to manage, thanks to Referral Loop.
My results. Yours will depend on your network and the referrals you make.

No CRM did it all
My old CRM was built for keeping up with clients. Nothing managed both the clients I work with and the agents I partner with, or let me write the referral agreement on the spot. So I built Referral Loop to do all three.

"Your past clients trust your recommendation. That trust is a business."
Referrals from other agents are part of almost every agent's business, and for most, there's more there than they realize. Every past client who moves away and every lead outside your area is a referral waiting to happen. Referral Loop keeps the agents you meet at conferences, in your communities and on social media in one place, along with every client you send them and every referral fee. If you have an idea or a story about a referral that went sideways, I'd like to hear it.
