Who can use Referral Loop?
Licensed real estate agents and brokers, on both sides of a referral.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Your 14 days of Refer start when you sign up. Add a card any time to keep Refer, and you still get the rest of your trial days. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan. Everything you made stays yours to edit.
Do I need training to use it?
No. Referral Loop is built to be easy to use from your first day: add the agents you already refer to, or upload the spreadsheet you track referrals in today, and send a referral. If you have a question, the help center has short written answers, and support replies within one business day.
Does the agent I refer to have to pay?
No. When you send a referral, the other agent gets an email. One tap opens their Free account, with no password and no form, right on that referral. Signing the agreement doesn’t need an account at all.
When are team plans coming?
Soon. For now, the plans are Free and Refer. Team and Brand need logins for assistants and teammates, which we're building now. Tell us about your team and we'll email you when they open.
Can I get a refund?
If requested within 24 hours of payment, we'll refund in full. If you paid for an annual subscription, you can cancel within 30 days of that payment and we'll issue a prorated refund for the months you haven't started. Otherwise, payments aren't refunded. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Email support@referralloop.us to request a refund.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You move to the Free plan. Everything stays visible and editable: your agents, clients, referrals and documents. Sending a new referral or agreement is what Refer adds. Nothing is deleted. You can download everything any time from Settings.
