Your free trial, and what happens afterIf you haven't added a card, we'll email you 3 days before your trial ends and on the day it ends. If you have, we'll email you 3 days before your card is charged for the first time, with the date, the plan and the amount.Upgrade, change or cancel your planSettings → Billing shows your plan and the next one up, side by side. Use the arrows to see the other plans: left for cheaper, right for bigger.Sign out of other devices, or close your accountLeft Referral Loop signed in on a shared or lost device? Go to Settings → Account and choose Sign Out Everywhere Else. Every other browser and phone is signed out; this one stays signed in.Choose which notifications you getGo to Settings → Notifications. Each event has a Push switch and an Email switch. Push arrives on your phone or computer; email goes to your login email.Use Referral Loop on your phoneOn a phone, Referral Loop opens in the Simple view: five tabs at the bottom, Home, Referrals, ＋, People and Activity.If a payment failsWhen a payment doesn't go through, Referral Loop emails you and sends a push, once for each failed payment. Both open Settings → Billing.Export your dataThe zip has a spreadsheet for each list (Clients, Agents, Brokerages, Referrals, Tasks, Activity, Documents, Signers and more), named and worded as in Referral Loop. Its documents folder has each referral's sent and signed copies, files you uploaded, and your blank brokerage forms.Reset your password or change your emailOn the sign-in page, enter your email and choose Continue. We email you a 6-digit code; type it in. The code expires in 10 minutes, and Send a new code sends another.Add Referral Loop to your phone's home screenReferral Loop opens like an app from your home screen, full-screen, with its own icon.When is the phone app coming?Soon after launch, for both iPhone and Android. Until then, Referral Loop works in your phone's web browser, and you can add it to your home screen. Signing an agreement works on any phone.Get help, report a bug or request a featureYour message carries the page you were on, your plan, your browser and the app's version, and the window shows you exactly what's sent. Your referrals and clients are never included.
