Check that a signed agreement hasn't been changed
Every signed agreement comes with a certificate showing who signed and when. Anyone can check a PDF copy against the original, with or without an account.
From the signed PDF
Each signature on the signed PDF shows the date, time and time zone it was signed, and every page has a Verify this document link in its header. Click a signature or the header link to open a page showing who signed, in which role, when and how. It needs no account and shows no email addresses.
Anyone, no account needed
- Go to getreferralloop.com/verify.
- Drop the PDF in, or choose it. It stays on your device; only its fingerprint is checked.
A match says the file is exactly the agreement everyone signed, with the date it was completed and how many people signed. It never shows names or referral details. Share this page with a client or the other brokerage when they want to be sure a copy is genuine.
In Referral Loop
- Go to Documents and choose Verify a PDF.
- Choose the file.
Signed in, you'll also see which of your agreements it is, and whether it's the fully signed copy or the copy as it was sent.
A PDF that's been edited, re-saved or printed to PDF won't match either way.
