Track the referral fee on the Financials tab

The Financials tab works out what you're owed.

• Enter the Gross Commission at closing. The referral fee is figured from the Referral Fee % or Flat Referral Fee.
• Set Days to Pay After Closing so you know when the payment is due.
• Add any Adjustments, like a bonus or a deduction.
• To change an adjustment, click its name or its amount. The % or $ beside the amount switches it between a percent and a flat figure. To correct a person on a referral, or rename a checklist step you added, click their name or email, or the step, and press Enter.
