Referral Loop

Add the agents you work with

Your agent list is the heart of Referral Loop, and it's free. Add everyone you might send a client to, or who sends clients to you.

Steps

  1. Go to Agents and choose New Agent.
  2. Fill in their name, email and phone, and pick their brokerage, or add a new one.
  3. Under Service Areas, search for the cities, neighborhoods or ZIP codes they cover and pick each one. Referral Loop uses these to suggest them when a client is headed there. Add the states they're licensed in too.
  4. If you've agreed on a referral fee with them, enter it as their Agreed Referral Fee. It's filled in for you on every referral to them. If you haven't agreed one, leave it blank; nothing is filled in for you.
  5. Leave Active & Accepting Referrals on if they're taking referrals right now. Add any Specializations, then choose Save Agent.

Agents who are accepting referrals show a green ring and an Active pill. Agents who aren't show grey and Paused.

Agents on Referral Loop

When an agent's email belongs to a Referral Loop account, their page says On Referral Loop and shows the profile they keep themselves. Their name, contact details, brokerage, states, service areas and specializations are locked, with the date they last changed. A field they've left blank shows what you entered, and you can still edit it. Choose Show your entries to see what you had entered for the rest.

An agent who isn't on Referral Loop shows Not on Referral Loop. Choose Invite to email them a link to a free account; once they fill in their profile, it shows here.

The Private section is yours alone, whether or not they're on Referral Loop: the Agreed Referral Fee you've agreed with them, and your Notes.
