Your sample referral and the Getting Started list

A new account starts with one sample referral, so you can see how a referral looks before you add your own. It's set in the city of your brokerage's office.

• The sample is marked Sample. Its client is Sam Sample and its partner agent is Alex Example.
• It isn't counted in your Dashboard figures, your exports or the lists you pick from on a new referral.
• It can't be shared, sent for signature or used to ask for an update.

Remove the sample

Open the sample referral and choose Remove Sample, or choose it under Getting Started on the Dashboard. The sample referral, its client and its partner agent are deleted.

Getting Started

The Dashboard lists five first steps. Each one is ticked when it's done, wherever you did it. Choose Hide to put the list away.
