Search for anything

The search box at the top of every screen finds your referrals, clients, agents, brokerages and documents in one place.

Steps

1. Click the search box at the top of the screen, or press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows). / works too. On a phone-width screen, tap the magnifier.
2. Type at least two letters of a name, email, phone number, address or document title. "maple" finds 1204 Maple St and a client named Ana Maple.
3. Use the arrow keys and Enter, or click, to open a result. Esc closes the search.

What you'll see

• Results are grouped: Referrals, Clients, Agents, Brokerages and Documents, up to five in each.
• Referrals other agents shared with you are marked Received, and the sample referral is marked Sample.
• Archived records are included, marked Archived, after everything else.
• Before you type, the search lists what you opened most recently on this device.
• Search matches the letters you type. It doesn't correct spelling, so if nothing comes up, check the spelling or try part of the name.
