Create a referralCreating a referral is part of Refer. On the Free plan, New Referral in the New menu looks greyed out. Choosing it opens a prompt with Start Free Trial if you haven't had a trial, or Add a Card if your trial has ended. Everything you already made stays yours to edit. On the phone the prompt says plans are managed on the website.Share a referral with the other agentSharing gives the people working a referral their own view of it, free, so they can keep you updated without you chasing them. Everyone on a referral is listed under Parties on its Overview tab, with their role and email.What each stage means, and how to change itWhen you move a referral to Under Contract, we'll ask for the closing date. It can't move to Complete until the required checklist steps are done.Ask the other agent for an updateHaven't heard from the other agent in a while? The referral shows how long it's been since their last update.Tasks, reminders and logging callsTo change a task, click its name (or choose Edit from ··· on the Tasks page), change what you need and choose Save Task. You can change its words, due date, reminder and what it is linked to. On iPhone, tap the task.Your dashboardThe Dashboard is your morning check-in:Your Referrals list and boardThe Referrals page shows every referral you've sent and every one shared with you. The number at the top is how many are in the tab you're on.Archive, restore or export your recordsArchiving an agreement that is out for signature cancels its signing, so its links stop working. Signed agreements and files are never deleted, only archived, because other people rely on them.Task remindersA task with a due date reminds you at 8:00 AM your time on the day it's due, and again the morning after if it's still open. Add a Remind Me time when you create a task to be reminded at a minute you pick, as well.Agreement expiry remindersReferral Loop tells you before a signed referral agreement runs out: 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before the end date, and on the day. It emails each time and pushes to your phone at 30 days, 7 days and on the day.
