Ask the other agent for an update

Haven't heard from the other agent in a while? The referral shows how long it's been since their last update.

1. Open the referral. On the Overview tab, under Parties, choose Ask for an Update.
2. Add a note if there's something specific you want to know, then choose Send.

They get an email with a link that opens the referral, so they can post an update right there. The referral shows your question until they answer.

The receiving agent needs an email on file first. After an unanswered ask, wait about two days before asking again.
