What each AI tool switch lets through
Whatever your AI tool reads goes to the company that runs it, so Referral Loop asks first. Each connected tool has its own switches, and they all start off. Names, stages, dates, tasks, the kinds and dates of activity, and document titles and status are always available. Four switches add detail on top, and a fifth lets the tool make changes.
The switches
| Switch | What it lets through |
|---|---|
| Contact Details | Client and agent email, phone and address; a referral's street address; who a document was sent to. |
| Fees and Money | Referral fees, agreed splits, prices and ranges, commissions and checklist amounts. |
| Notes and Activity Text | Your notes, what you logged in activity, and what a client needs. |
| Documents and Compliance | Who has signed or is still waiting, and the compliance checklist. |
| Allow Changes | Lets the tool add and change your clients, partner agents, brokerages, referrals, tasks and notes. It's separate from the four above, and Allow All Reading doesn't turn it on. Changing a referral fee also needs Fees and Money. It never deletes or sends anything. |
When a switch is off
The detail is left out of the answer, and your AI tool is told which switch would add it. It will usually say something like "turn on Fees and Money to see that." Turn the switch on in Settings → Integrations → AI Tools, then ask again.
Never shared, whatever the switches
- Signing links and portal links
- Signing evidence, such as IP addresses and browsers
- Private file locations
- Who else a record is shared with
Each tool has its own switches
If you connect two tools, you choose separately for each. Turning a switch off for one doesn't change the other.
